The trial is 30 days with everything unlocked, once per account. Nothing is held back: the assistant, the studies and the full medical history, for every pet on the account.
When it ends, the plan covers one pet for US$4.99 a month. Each pet you add costs a little less than the one before: two come to US$7.99 and three, US$9.99. The price is capped at the sixth: from there it does not rise.
Six is also the maximum number of pets per account. If you need more, use Write to us in Help and we will put together a plan that fits.
If you pick the annual plan at the checkout that appears when the trial ends, you pay the equivalent of ten months — the other two are not charged. That discount is offered only there. Annual has a 14-day refund window from payment.
Nothing is deleted if you stop paying: the account is locked until you reactivate it, and every pet’s medical history stays untouched.
