You can delete your account in the app or on the web. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.

Steps to delete your account

1. If you pay through Apple or Google, cancel your subscription in the store first. Deleting your account doesn't cancel your Apple or Google subscription.
2. Open Help using the link below and sign in to the account you want to delete if needed.
3. Review the dialog to see which pets will be deleted and which will transfer to another pet parent.
4. Type DELETE and confirm with Delete my account. Opening this page or the Help link doesn't delete anything.

What gets deleted

Your account, data, files and messages are deleted. Only pets for which you are the account owner are considered: if another pet parent has the papi/mami role, the account ownership and records transfer to that person; otherwise, the pets and their records are deleted. Deleting your account as a co-parent doesn't delete someone else's pet. Paying alone doesn't give you account ownership or determine which pet is deleted.

What we keep and for how long

Your data is deleted immediately. Backups are deleted automatically within 7 days. We keep only billing records required by law for longer, for the applicable legal period and only for that purpose.
