Is my data safe?

Permissions are per pet, not per account: inviting someone to one pet does not show them the others.

Removing a guardian cuts their access immediately. They do not keep a copy of the medical history.

When you write to us from Help, the report does not travel by email: it lands in the support team’s internal channel carrying the screen you were on, your plan, the app version, the device and the pet’s identifier, so we can locate the problem. It does not carry the medical history: no vaccines, no weight, no medication, no test results. No health data travels with it.
