How do I switch pets?
All your pets live in the same account and you switch from the pet’s name, which is always a menu — even with a single pet. The double arrow next to the name is the hint. The switch is instant: the name and photo update immediately and the content follows.
Where are you doing this?
- 1Top left, in the top bar, tap the pet’s name.
- 2It is the same menu as on desktop — the only difference is where the button lives: here it is in the fixed top bar, there it is at the top of the sidebar. Inside, identical.
- 3Under My pets you get all of them with their photo and coverage chip; the current one carries the ✓.
- 4Tap another: the name and photo change instantly and the content draws behind.
- 5Further down: the account row, Add pet, See all, Help and Sign out. On the phone this menu is also the only way to sign out.
Always check whose profile you are on
With several pets, everything you add is saved to the one selected at the top. Before adding a vaccine, a test or a weight, check the name and photo up there. If you got it wrong, delete it from that pet and add it again on the right one.
