Studies go in Test Results and medications in Medications, each with its own Add button. In both you can photograph the paper and the AI fills in the fields for you; the image is saved along with the data, so you always keep the lab’s original.
Two ways in. The direct one: More → Test Results and then Add — Medication works the same. The shortcut: the Import button in the middle of the bottom bar, which takes the photo and lets the AI file it for you.
What do you want to add? opens: Add a test or Schedule a check-up.
This is where it differs from desktop: picking Add a test on the phone brings up a screen with two buttons, Take photo and Choose file. The camera only opens once you tap Take photo; on desktop only the second button is there.
If the test is already a file on your phone, Choose file uploads it without going through the camera. And if you do not have the paper: No document? Enter it manually.
By hand: Type, Date and Title, all three optional (with no title it is filed as Study; with no date, it takes today’s). More detail (optional) adds lab, summary and Next check-up with the Show on Home switch.
Save. The study lands in the list with the photo attached.
