How do I cancel my subscription?

It depends on your account status, and in two of the three cases there is nothing to cancel. On Premium, the option sits at the foot of Subscription & payments. It stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and when that ends the account is locked until you reactivate it — no data is deleted.

1. 1Click the pet’s name at the top of the sidebar and open the account row — or go straight to Subscription & payments.
2. 2The screen opens in two columns. On the left, what you are paying for; on the right, how you pay it: card, next charge, receipts and the switch to annual.
3. 3Scroll the left column to the CANCEL block at the end. That is where the Cancel subscription button is, red with an outline.
4. 4If you already cancelled, that same button reads Reactivate subscription: while the period is still running you can come back without losing anything.
5. 5If you are VIP or on the trial, that block does not exist — and rightly so: there is no charge to cancel. On the trial, if you do nothing, nothing is charged.
